Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Club Baseball
Team Commitment & Early Withdrawal Policy By registering, you acknowledge the importance of committing to your team for the full season. An Early Withdrawal Fee of $250 will be assessed if a player voluntarily leaves the team or is removed due to inappropriate behavior by the athlete or parent. This fee helps cover non-refundable expenses such as uniforms, tournaments, and administrative costs. If you block or remove your payment method you will be subject to a $100 payment blocking fee and your account will be sent to collections.
Club Softball
Wildcat Athletics Academy does not charge a quitters fee for those who choose not to complete the season, however you will be responsible for paying any outstanding tuition if you choose to not complete the season.

Competitive Cheer
Cheerleading is a team sports and is not successful when members choose to quit the team. When signing up we ask all athletes to complete the season. If you choose to quit before the contract ends there will be no refund and you will be subject to paying the remaining season fees upon quitting. If you quit after choreography camp you will also be subject to a $250 re-choreography fee.
Cheer Fundamental Programs
Cheerleading is a team sports and is not successful when members choose to quit the team. When signing up we ask all athletes to complete the season. If you choose to quit before your designated session ends you will still be required to pay the full session tution and $250 early withdrawl fee. We are unable to offer refunds or cancellations.

There are no refunds once payments run.
Basketball Camps & Clinics
All registrations are final and refunds are not permitted. Failed payment will result in an additional $30 fee and camper will not be permitted to participate without successful payment.
Basketball Skills Training
There are no refunds. You must cancel your membership prior to renewal at the end of the month if you no longer wish to continue the following month.

No Refunds, memberships must be cancelled prior to renewal.
Tumbling
Enrollment in the Wildcat Athletics Academy Tumbling Membership is a season commitment beginning at the time of registration and continuing through May 2027. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including missed classes, withdrawal, injury, schedule conflicts, or early termination of participation. To cancel your membership, written notice must be submitted via email to wildcatathleticsacademy@gmail.com. Cancellation requests must be received by the 15th of the month to stop billing before the next scheduled payment. Cancellation requests received on or after the 16th of the month will remain active through the following billing cycle, and one additional monthly tuition payment will be processed. Membership fees reserve your athlete's spot in class and are not prorated for missed classes, holidays, partial months, or gym closures due to inclement weather. Please note: During Wildcat Cheer competition weeks, regularly scheduled tumbling classes will not be held to allow our coaching staff to prepare for and attend competitions. These planned schedule adjustments are built into the season calendar and do not qualify for tuition credits, make-up classes, or refunds. This policy allows us to maintain consistent class sizes, staffing, and scheduling throughout the tumbling season.
Tumbling Classes
We do not offer refunds, if you start mid month you tuition will be pro-rated. Tuition is on auto renewal from month to month. We request a 2 week written notice to withdraw from a class. Please send withdrawal form to www.wildcatathleticsacademy@gmail.com
